Hello,
I reached out to Bob because I was suffering from severe sciatica, intense upper back pain, and nerve pain that radiated down both of my arms. I also had pain in the neck area you mentioned. Due to my past and post-surgery diet, my muscles had become very weak— even a slight movement would trigger pain throughout my upper back.
It has now been 7 months since I started physiotherapy with Bob. Earlier, I was completely unable to do anything—literally nothing. The physiotherapists I met before were not helpful; they only used machines, with no exercises, no diet guidance, and no effort to understand my condition.
Bob, on the other hand, took the time to understand everything—my pain, my history, and my lifestyle. He gave me a holistic plan that included not just exercises but also the importance of a protein-rich diet and supplements. Because of that, I can now manage most of my daily activities like cooking and office work. The pain has gradually reduced, and though there is still room for improvement, we are working on it.
Thanks to Bob, I was able to celebrate Diwali this year joyfully with my friends and family.
And one more thing—Bob is not just a physiotherapist. He gives mental clarity about the injury, explains the future plan, and constantly motivates you. Healing takes time. Sometimes it takes weeks to notice progress, but you just have to trust the process. Keep going—everything will fall into place. - vicky Thukral··from Google
I took an online consultation and rehab plan from Bob for my stenosis, and I am really happy with the results. When I started, I couldn’t even walk 800 steps without pain. It’s been around 5 months now, and I can easily walk 5000–6000 steps without any rest. All credit goes to Bob’s right advice and the rehab plan he gave me.
He really knows what he’s doing and explains everything in a simple way. I also learned that things like diet, sleep, and knowing what not to do are just as important. Thanks to Bob, I’ve got my confidence and movement back. Highly recommend him! - soban waleed··from Google
I had l5 s1 herniated disc 7 month ago. I cant sit for even 10 mins. I did physio. Mri. I show up to a private orthopaedic he told me to have epidural pain injections. On way back i was looking for alternative way thats how i find bob on YouTube. I saw many people reviews. I give a try and I really feel now its most right decision i made in all this period. I can feel the difference in first month after the exercise he arranged specifically according to my condition. Now i m still doing with him getting better alot. Can sit longer. Tinglings gone.
Thanks alot for giving a hope.
