Dr Bob was great throughout the 20 week program even though my case was pretty unique (spine surgery a few years back), he really took time to go through my unique case and explain to me what is exactly causing the issue (which the hospital doctors didn't even do and just straight recommended surgery). Near the end of the program I've already resumed most of my exercises and never had a back spasm again, the key thing is now I know what I can/cannot do in terms of movement and what the gradual process is into possibly greater recovery.

I found Bob through a youTube video of one of his patients who had recovered from a disc injury. I was also dealing with back pain because of a disc injury, so I decided to contact him and start his rehab. I’m from India and worked with Bob for around a year.
Before contacting Bob, my condition was really bad. I could barely manage around 2k steps a day. I had also been told by doctors that I might need surgery. Even now, some doctors still suggest surgery, but Bob told me that I didn’t need it and that I should focus on proper rehab.

After some months, I joined a gym for the first time and slowly increased my walking from around 2k steps to 7–8k steps. At that time I still had quite a lot of pain, especially after walking more, but Bob told me not to be scared of the pain and to keep progressing gradually. I continued with the walking and rehab, diet and slowly the pain started coming down.

I’m not 100% recovered and I still have some pain, But compared to how I was before contacting Bob, there has been a lot of improvement. I’m able to do much more in my day-to-day life and feel like I’ve got a big part of my normal life back.

One of the biggest things I learned during this year was that recovery is not only about exercises. Diet, sleep, proper exercise, consistency and understanding how to manage the injury are also important. Bob helped me understand all of this and, more importantly, gave me a lot more confidence in my body and recovery.

I’m genuinely satisfied with the progress I’ve made with Bob. I still have a way to go, but the difference between where I was before and where I am now is huge. I’m really glad I found his rehab.
    Thanks BOB❤️

Bob is exceptional at identifying any potential underlying issues that could be exacerbating injuries while offering practical guidance on how to restore/improve strength and mobility.
