My name is Nikhil, and I am from India. In October 2024, I was diagnosed with an L3–L4 disc bulge and stenosis. My doctor prescribed medications and recommended some exercises, but I didn’t experience any relief. Later, I visited a physiotherapist who also suggested exercises and used traction therapy. Unfortunately, those treatments made my condition even worse. I became very depressed and started believing that surgery was my only option.
While searching for solutions online, I came across Bob’s videos and decided to visit his YouTube channel. I then booked an online consultation with him. Bob explained my injury clearly and assured me that it can heal. I go with his 20-week program, and during our first video call, he carefully assessed my condition—what movements I could and could not perform. Only after understanding my limitations did he recommend specific exercises. I really appreciated this approach because most doctors and physiotherapists suggest exercises just by looking at the MRI, whereas Bob first evaluated my actual condition before guiding me.
Bob also told me about diet and tell me to add more protein in my diet.
Today, I have completed 18 weeks of the program and I have recovered 60–70%. Earlier, I couldn’t even walk 100 steps, but now I feel significant relief while walking. This progress has brought back my confidence and hope And very soon, I will be back to my full capacity.
