One day, three years ago I woke up bed ridden with excruciating sciatica pain from anL5-S1 disc bulge, this resulted in a long, painful journey. Standing for more than 30 seconds & walking were put of the question, I was completely debilitated & hasd to crawl, or use crutches to do anything basic. My life was a complete nightmare. I consulted various doctors, several physiotherapists in Qld Australia but no one had a solution & or was looking like surgery was my only option – in fact, a fee well intentioned therapists indirectly worsened my nerve pain (sciatica) I had lost all hope!!
Then I stumbled across Bob on YouTube, and everything changed.
From our first online consultation, Bob was different, he had a sentient & intuitive way about him, & he gave me great insight & clarity, this did wonders to help regulate my shot nervous system & to regain some hope.
I felt immediately connected to Bob, & at the risk of sounding corny, I felt validated, loved & completely understood. Bob was very compassionate & he assured me,
“You will walk without crutches & regain your life again my man"
it was a long, slow & painful journey, but here I am am, walking again, pain free, living life, getting stronger every single day.
Bob's holistic approach is unique, It’s not just about routine or physical exercises– but also the spiritual, emotional & psychological dimensions. Bob weighs in on a totality of factors & equation, identifying/diagnosing areas for improvement, underlying variables that might be impacting an individuals progress on their road to recovery & tailors his program accordingly ....
Nutrition and diet play a major role, as do social support, passions, hobbies; one's mental well-being & disposition, towards learning to manage stress......
Bob charts your progress in real time via a feedback system he's developed online....
I couldn’t find anyone who offered such a unique, complete and thoughtful rehabilitation program.
When I ran into financial difficulties,
Bob still put in the time & effort to help me regardless of the fact I couldn't pay him.
Bob is an outstanding human being & that's what sets him apart & makes him a high priest of rehabilitation & healing.
I owe so much to Bob, I am forever grateful and highly recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic back pain.
Finding him was truly a blessing.
Bob you are a life preserver & a worker of miracles & a true friend in every sense of the word.

Hello,
I reached out to Bob because I was suffering from severe sciatica, intense upper back pain, and nerve pain that radiated down both of my arms. I also had pain in the neck area you mentioned. Due to my past and post-surgery diet, my muscles had become very weak— even a slight movement would trigger pain throughout my upper back.
It has now been 7 months since I started physiotherapy with Bob. Earlier, I was completely unable to do anything—literally nothing. The physiotherapists I met before were not helpful; they only used machines, with no exercises, no diet guidance, and no effort to understand my condition.
Bob, on the other hand, took the time to understand everything—my pain, my history, and my lifestyle. He gave me a holistic plan that included not just exercises but also the importance of a protein-rich diet and supplements. Because of that, I can now manage most of my daily activities like cooking and office work. The pain has gradually reduced, and though there is still room for improvement, we are working on it.
Thanks to Bob, I was able to celebrate Diwali this year joyfully with my friends and family.
And one more thing—Bob is not just a physiotherapist. He gives mental clarity about the injury, explains the future plan, and constantly motivates you. Healing takes time. Sometimes it takes weeks to notice progress, but you just have to trust the process. Keep going—everything will fall into place.
