I’ve been training with Bob and Selisin for over a year now and I honestly can’t recommend them enough! I’m always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door.

Training 3 times a week with Selisin has made me stronger, fitter and much more confident in myself. They both genuinely care about their clients and create a positive, motivating atmosphere.

I’m looking forward to continuing my training with them both and continuing my progress.

I wanted to wait a while after finishing my treatment before leaving a review, just to see if the sessions actually solved my plantar fasciitis. I can now say that I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Bob completely resolved a plantar fasciitis issue that I had been suffering from for years, and it took only 6 shockwave therapy sessions.
Bob is incredibly professional, super kind, and patient. He made me feel comfortable from day one and took the time to explain everything clearly. He is clearly extremely competent and great at what he does. I also highly appreciated all the advice and exercises he gave me, which were incredibly helpful for my full recovery.
His colleague (another physiotherapist who assisted during a few sessions) was also super sweet and lovely, making me feel even more welcome. I highly recommend Bob; you will always be in expert hands!
