I can’t recommend Bob highly enough. When I first reached out to him, I was in intense back pain and unable to walk, sit, or move comfortably. I had been off work for a long period, and my MRI revealed lumbar disc herniations at L4–L5 and L5–S1. After consulting with surgeons, surgery was presented as the most likely next step.
Bob worked with me entirely through online consultations, and the experience far exceeded what I expected. He carefully reviewed my MRI and explained my condition in a clear, calm, and reassuring way. For the first time, I truly understood what was happening with my spine and realised that surgery wasn’t my only option.
He designed a structured, progressive rehabilitation programme focused on safe movement, building strength, and restoring confidence rather than avoiding activity. Gradually, my pain reduced, my mobility improved, and I was able to return to normal daily life and work—without needing surgery.
Bob is highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in his patients’ recovery. If you’re struggling with a disc herniation, long-standing back pain, or feeling pressured into surgery, I strongly recommend booking an online consultation with him. - Hannah Carey··from Google
Bob is an excellent physical therapist and a great person!
I first came to Bob with chronic pain and mobility restriction from an old ankle injury. I had already been to many different physios, physical therapists and specialists and had undergone tests and mris and various treatments, all to no avail. I even experienced some symptom regression as a result of some of the treatments I received.
Bob was the first healthcare professional to take a whole body approach with me and try to get to the root of my pain. He took a detailed account of my injury history, but also general health, lifestyle and other chronic pain issue I was having.
He was the first person in a long line of physios and doctors to suggest I might have hypermobility, which not only explained my ankle pain despite nothing showing up in an mri scan, but also other chronic pain that I experienced in other joints.
He built an exercise program for me around my current activity levels instead of just generic physio, so it was easier for me to incorporate it into my life as well as more effective than traditional physio. Furthermore, I have been able to develop an awareness of my hypermobility and hyperextension of my joints while training which has really transformed my ability to exercise without fear of injury or everyday joint pain.
I live with much less pain these days as a result. I have experienced the most progress with Bob than any other of the many healthcare practitioners that I've been to for my ankle injury and would highly recommend him. - Marino Alpeza··from Google
